Account Summary
The Account Summary provides an at-a-glance view of your current financial standing and billing cycle within Spark Cloud Studio.
It consolidates key metrics like credits, outstanding balances, and scheduled billing timelines, helping you stay informed about your account’s billing status.

Credit & Balance Overview
Your account’s credits and outstanding balance can be seen in this section. Outstanding balance is the prepaid balance remains available for use.

| Item | Description |
|---|---|
| Available Credits | Displays the remaining cloud credits that can be used across services (e.g., Workstations, Storage, etc.). |
| Current Outstanding Balance | Shows the unpaid amount due. A value of $0.00 means all invoices are settled. |
| Last Updated Timestamp | Indicates when your billing data was last refreshed for accuracy. |

Credits are automatically applied toward upcoming bills until they’re exhausted, ensuring seamless usage continuity.
Billing Schedule
Your account includes multiple billing cycles, depending on the services you use.
Each component (Organisation, Workstation, Storage) follows its own timeline and may generate charges at different intervals.

| Billing Component | Frequency | Details |
|---|---|---|
| Organisation Fee | Monthly (on the organisation creation date) | Automatically renewed every month; includes organisation-level access and admin tools. |
| Storage | Monthly (end of each month) | Based on the maximum storage used and total data transfer during the billing cycle. |
| Workstation | Dynamic (usage thresholds) | Billed based on compute time and workstation activity, ensuring pay-as-you-use flexibility. |

Billing cycles may vary based on when services were activated.
Certain charges, such as compute usage or file storage, may be prorated or triggered by usage thresholds (e.g., data or runtime limits).
