It consolidates key metrics like outstanding balances and scheduled billing timelines, helping you stay informed about your account’s billing status.
Charges & Balance Overview
Your account’s current balance and outstanding balance can be seen in this section. Outstanding balance is the amount still due on your account.

| Current Balance | Displays the remaining cloud balance available across services (e.g., Workstations, Storage, etc.). |
| Current Outstanding Balance | Shows the unpaid amount due. A value of $0.00 means all invoices are settled. |
| Last Updated Timestamp | Indicates when your billing data was last refreshed for accuracy. |
Payments are automatically applied toward outstanding invoices until they’re settled, ensuring seamless usage continuity.
Billing Schedule
Your account includes multiple billing cycles, depending on the services you use.
Each component (Organisation, Workstation, Storage) follows its own timeline and may generate charges at different intervals.
